2020: The Walk is a project by artist and activist Marta Moreno Muñoz, walking from Granada to Helsinki —with some trains and a ferry, and from there up North to the permafrost— to help spread the word about Extinction Rebellion, a global environmental movement whose stated aim is to use non-violent civil disobedience to compel governments to take action to avoid triggering tipping points in the climate system, biodiversity loss, and the risk of social and ecological collapse.
